Steps in the registration process
- Tell us about your needs and projects when you apply.
- Your application is reviewed by the One to One team
- If your application is validated, you will access the One to One platform to complete your profile.
- One month before the event: accept and send meeting requests to solution providers who meet your needs on the platform.
- From June 25 to 26 in Saint-Malo, meet selected solution providers for 30 minutes of One to One meetings.
Your request for participation does not imply any commitment on your part, and is subject to validation by the Guest Experience team. Each request is processed by our team within 7 days.
The invitation includes
- Full access to the event, plenary conferences, One to One meetings and expert workshops (upon registration)
- Accommodation for two nights: June 24th and 25th, 2025
- All meals and breakfasts
- The networking cocktail of June 25th, 2025

By accepting the invitation, the guest agrees to participate, cumulatively :
- to the event on June 25th and 26th, 2025
- to a minimum of 10 meetings with the partners (to be organized at his/her convenience via an agenda accessible on the personal space).
